Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch via Hermes or Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. Due to the overwhelming demand on mail carriers, some deliveries are taking longer than the advised time to arrive. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. During Christmas and Sale periods delivery may well take longer.  

 

 

Orders are welcome from customers with a BFPO address but please note these items may take longer to deliver than normal post. 

 

 

Our Express Special Delivery is available for the next working day via the Royal Mail for online orders. Such orders need to be placed before 1.00pm please. At present Royal Mail advise us that they are unable to guarantee deliveries by 1pm. Your order however will be a priority and will reach you as soon as possible. 

 

Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours. 

 

Parcels are delivered on Monday to Friday only. A signature will be required. 

 

 

We deliver by post to many international destinations and this is charged according to the destination of the parcel. Postage charges can be calculated by clicking the country of your delivery on our check out page. Please be advised you are responsible for all customs and duty charges and we strongly advise you to check the costs before placing orders. Kindly note we have noticed particular delays for parcels dispatched to Europe and we ask you to consider this before placing an order, as Customs and Duty of your country make take time which is understandably out of NoLoGo-Chic's control
