Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. It is important that the swing ticket is still attached. (Please note that Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt). We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure the correct postage is attached to the return package as return postage is a direct cost to you and is not included in the sale price of the goods. We regret we are unable to refund postage.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT OUR RETURNS SLIP, WHICH CLEARLY STATES THE RETURNS ADDRESS, IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE. THANK YOU.
EXCHANGES
PLEASE NOTE we are unable to exchange items at the present due to our new warehousing system. If you would like to exchange an item you have received we recommend that you place an order for the correct replacement and send the original order back to us for a refund.
If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or promotion offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or promotion offer will no longer apply.
It is important that all returns are in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Cancellation or Amendment
If you wish to cancel or amend an item and it has not yet been dispatched, then we are happy to amend your order before it is sent. Otherwise simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. (Please note that sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt).
