Standard Recorded Delivery (UK)
We aim to deliver to you via the Royal Mail within 3-5 working days however this is often sooner. This is a Recorded Delivery service that allows your order to be tracked. A signature will be required.
Orders are welcome from customers with a BFPO address but please note these items may take longer to deliver than normal post.
Express Special Deliver Delivery (UK)
Our Express Special Delivery is available for the next working day via the Royal Mail for telephone and online orders. To ensure next working day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 1.00pm please.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours.
Parcels are delivered on Monday to Friday only (Saturday by special arrangement). A signature will be required.
We deliver by post to many international destinations and this is charged according to the destination of the parcel. Postage charges can be calculated by clicking the country of your delivery on our check out page or can be advised to you upon request.

If for any reason you are not, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us unused and in their original and packaging within 14 days of receipt. (Please note that Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure the correct postage is attached to the return package as return postage is a direct cost to you and is not included in the sale price of the goods. We regret we are unable to refund postage but we will not charge postage and packaging for sending you exchanged or replacement items.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT OUR RETURNS SLIP, WHICH CLEARLY STATES THE RETURNS ADDRESS, IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE. THANK YOU.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or are happy to exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred. If you would like to exchange an item you have received we recommend that you place an order for the correct replacement and send the original order back to us for a refund. This method ensures that the stock is allocated to you and your order will be despatched much faster.
If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or promotion offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or promotion offer will no longer apply.
Cancellation or Amendment
If you wish to cancel or amend an item and it has not yet been dispatched, then we are happy to amend your order before it is sent. Otherwise simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. (Please note that sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt).
We would like everyone to feel safe ordering on our site and for this reason we use the latest secure server technology to ensure your order information is protected to the highest standards. We also use encryption to safeguard your credit card information however we do not store credit card details.

All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) relevant at the time of purchase.

Please consult your government customs office or post office to enquire about your country's particular importation taxes, brokerage fees and cross-border shipping surcharges expected on your shipment. These may be payable upon importation in addition to the cost of the item advertised on our site, catalogue or publication. Customers are resonsibe for paying any local import duties, clearance fees, VAT and addtional taxes if charged by customs in their country as these additional surcharge fees are not part of our shipping charges.
If for any reason the package is held by customs, NoLoGo Chic cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned in their original condition. If the package is returned by customs, customers are still responsible for any shipping charges and NoLoGo Chic is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer as a result. If the shipment is abandoned by the customer, NoLoGo Chic cannot issue a refund or credit. However if NoLoGo Chic receives a returned shipment refused by customs, we will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and un-tampered product purchased but are not able to refund shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or for sending the package.
